University of Detroit Mercy welcomed over 200 students along with their families and friends for Accepted Students Day on Saturday, April 13, 20224. This marked one of our highest attendance rates yet! CLAE hosted over 40 students and their families and friends in Briggs where they learned about the College from our CLAE Student Ambassadors, faculty, Dean Jocelyn, and Associate Dean Grobis. Breakout sessions followed. Students learned about our outstanding programs through interactive, hands-on experiences led by our faculty.
The Office of Admissions reports that 96.4% of those surveyed rated the event “good” or “excellent.” They noted the warmth and helpfulness of faculty and staff while others identified UDM as “the absolute DREAM University.” 85.!% reported increased interest in UDM. Later that evening, CLAE hosted prospective students at the theatre for the opening of The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abriged) [Revised] [Again].
