Detroit Mercy’s 21st Annual Ethics Bowl Crowns Returning Champions

Detroit Mercy’s 21st Annual Ethics Bowl, hosted by the College of Humanities, Arts & Social Sciences (CHASS) Department of Philosophy, brought students together to tackle complex ethical dilemmas in a competitive and collaborative environment. This legendary event has been happening for over two decades! Thanks to the hard work of all teams, staff, and volunteers, the event was a success. Special recognition goes to our volunteer judges and moderators, who came from across UDM and the metro Detroit area, for their support.

Congratulations to the winning team, Tomato Sandwiches! Returning champions Isabelle Francis, Kelsie Shammami, Kaleb Smith, and D.K. Mohammad—all political science majors—will represent Detroit Mercy at the regional tournament in Chicago on Nov. 16. Best of luck to the team!
