A 4-year, $2.39 million HRSA Behavioral Health Workforce Education and Training (BHWET) grant to address Michigan’s critical shortage of behavioral health professionals has been awarded to the CHASS Clinical and School Psychology programs, led by Co-Principal Investigators Profs. Barry Dauphin, Ph.D., ABPP and Erin Henze, Ph.D. This funding will enhance interprofessional training for 64 psychology doctoral students, equipping them to serve youth in underserved communities while strengthening UDM’s impact on the regional behavioral health workforce.
