The College of Humanities, Arts & Social Sciences (CHASS) at the University of Detroit Mercy will host its annual 2025 Welcome Bash on Thursday, September 4, from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. on the Briggs Patio closer to Livernois Rd. and the softball fields. This bash gives our CHASS community the opportunity for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends of the College to gather and enjoy each other’s company. Please be sure to share this with our students.
Join us for food, music, raffles, and games as we kick off the new academic year. Attendees will also hear a special announcement from the college—and let’s just say, some lucky guests might find themselves “catching” more than just good vibes that afternoon. ⚾
