
Award-winning poet Jim Daniels will visit University of Detroit Mercy for a reading and conversation on Tuesday, March 17 from 12:45–1:45 p.m. in the Bargman Room of the McNichols Campus Library.
Daniels is known for poetry rooted in working-class life, Detroit history, and personal narrative. His many collections, including Gun/Shy and Punching the Clock, are widely taught and celebrated for their honesty and sense of place.
