The new student ambassadors for the College met for their first planning session last week. The College of Humanities, Arts & Social Sciences (CHASS) Student Ambassador Program plays a critical role in connecting prospective students with the University, <\/span>providing<\/span><\/span> a<\/span><\/span> genuine insight into campus life and the University’s culture. Ambassadors actively promote CHASS <\/span>by <\/span>attending events, <\/span>creating<\/span> and managing social media content, <\/span>assisting<\/span> in academic presentations for recruitment events, and <\/span>participating<\/span> in initiatives like <\/span>ZeeMee<\/span>\u00a0 (a social app for <\/span>college<\/span> recruiting used by the Office of Admissions) and Accepted Students Day. <\/span>Their<\/span> involvement includes organizing and <\/span>participating<\/span> in campus tours, Titan for a Day experiences and various outreach activities, effectively <\/span>showcasing<\/span> the College\u2019s diverse opportunities and academic strengths<\/span>. <\/span>Ambassadors also invite current students to get involved on campus by attending our <\/span>College<\/span> events<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
