Moving the Jobs Needle: Where the heck are we, really?  Where do we have to go and how do we get there?

 

October 2012: Unemployment Rate of 7.9% and Labor Force Participation Rate of 63.8% 

By October 2016: Unemployment Rate of 5.0% and Labor Force Participation Rate of 66.0%

 

Will we ever get there?
