Today\u2019s Antiphon asks for patience in a demanding, sometimes brutal, world. \u00a0 John Foley\u2019s haunting Advent hymn \u201cPatience People\u201d \u00a0fits today. \u00a0 \u00a0In my life experience, it fits many days. \u00a0On good days I love the patient courage all around me, ordinary people who look and act beautiful and brave. \u00a0On bad days, I need patient courage to live my commitments, and try to live a pretty elementary decent life. \u00a0 Good days and bad days, the fabric of our lives, no?<\/p>\n
