&#8220;When I die&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Wednesday, November 22 \u00a0 Mewlana Jalaluddin Rumi \u00a0\u2014 \u00a0\u201cWhen I die\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday before Thanksgiving, \u00a0work, for many of us, begins to shift from professional skills to hospitality arts &#8211;
