\n<\/strong>Be A Blessing<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this moment, mindful of our many blessings,
\nmay we form an intent to carry gratitude with us continually.
\nMay we leave fear and jealousy by the wayside,
\nmaking room in our hearts for contentment, satisfaction and compassion.
\nMay we start each day counting our blessings:
\nthe blessing of being alive,
\nthe many miracles of the living world we are one with,
\nthe ability we possess to love and to be loved,
\nthe many gifts and talents we have been graced with,
\nthe support we receive
\nand the support we are able to extend.
\nMay our gratitude lead to action:
\nMay we express our gratitude.
\nMay we smile when we encounter each other on the path,
\nmay we seek opportunities to share our talents with others,
\nmay we express our love to one another,
\nmay we give with no expectation of receiving.
\nMay we seek to repair what is broken.
\nMay we end each day counting the day\u2019s blessings,
\nthose we have received and those we have bestowed.
\nMay we be a blessing.<\/p>\n
