He&#8217;s walking a good amount per doctor&#8217;s orders (and standing up straight with a walker that fits him) and since that is most of his therapy, he hopes to be home next weekend. He thanks everyone for their prayers.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Today\u2019s post: Oriah Mountain Dreamer<br \/>\nThe Call I have Heard All My Life<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I have heard it all my life<\/p>\n<p>A voice calling a name I recognized as my own.<br \/>\nSometimes it comes as a soft-bellied whisper.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes it holds an edge of urgency.<br \/>\nBut always it says:\u00a0 Wake up my love. You are walking asleep.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s no safety in that!<br \/>\nRemember what you are and let this knowing<\/p>\n<p>take you home to the Beloved with every breath.<br \/>\nHold tenderly who you are and let a deeper knowing<\/p>\n<p>color the shape of your humanness.<br \/>\nThere is no where to go. What you are looking for is right here.<\/p>\n<p>Open the fist clenched in wanting<\/p>\n<p>and see what you already hold in your hand.<br \/>\nThere is no waiting for something to happen,<\/p>\n<p>no point in the future to get to.<\/p>\n<p>All you have ever longed for is here in this moment, right now.<br \/>\nYou are wearing yourself out with all this searching.<\/p>\n<p>Come home and rest.<br \/>\nHow much longer can you live like this?<\/p>\n<p>Your hungry spirit is gaunt, your heart stumbles.<\/p>\n<p>All this trying.
