Welcome to the official Food Fest webpage!
What is Food Fest?
Food Fest is an annual event where students bring and share food from their heritage. The goal of Food Fest is to educate folks on food insecurity in Detroit (and beyond) and unite communities and cultures of the University together.
This event is typically in the format of an in-person buffet. Students are also encouraged to make small presentations educating folks about food injustices within their community. This year, due to COVID-19, we decided to create a “virtual buffet” in the form of this webpage and Zoom events.
Food Fest has been hosted by TENN at University of Detroit Mercy since 2017.
What is TENN?
