Eight faculty from the College of Liberal Arts & Education (CLAE) showcased their recent book publications at the Fountain Lounge on April 25.
The event featured faculty from the diverse disciplines across the College:
– Tahani Dari, Assistant Professor of Counseling, “On Trauma with Children”
– Nancy Calleja, Professor and Chair of Counseling, “Program Development in the 21st Century”
– J. Todd Hibbard, Professor and Chair of Religious Studies, “Prophets and Prophecy”
– Gail M. Presbey, Professor of Philosophy, “The Life and Thought of H. Odera Oruka”
– Diane Robinson-Dunn, Associate Professor of History, “An Empire of Many Cultures”
– Nicholas Rombes, Professor of English, “The Rachel Condition”
– Daniel Shoemaker, Professor of Cybersecurity and Information Systems, “Teaching Cybersecurity”
– Patrick Kelly, S.J., Associate Professor of Religious Studies, “Play, Sport, and Spirit”
Each author presented the main idea of their work, providing insight into their research and backgrounds.
In celebration of their achievements, cake, drinks, and other appetizers were served.
