Great Lakes Bay

Great Lakes Bay directs patients and clinicians to the “Dental” room with conspicuous signage.

Great Lakes Bay promotes the program with fliers and posters hanging on the wall.  Note: These are being updated!

The Registered Dental Hygienist uses a “Pregnancy Wheel” to help determine what trimester the patient is currently in.  This device is hung prominently on the wall for easy access.

Blank forms are kept at arm’s length.

Toothbrushes and numerous other supplies including educational material, donated by Delta Dental, are kept close.
