Although we printed and distributed hundreds of commemorative T-shirts over the past year in celebration of the College of Business Administration’s centennial, we could just as well have printed sports jerseys with our lucky number — 19.
In the Fall, U.S. News & World Report ranked our undergraduate Management program the nineteenth best in the nation. Shortly afterward, the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy reported that our pass rate among first-time candidates on the Certified Public Accounting (CPA) exam was nineteenth highest in the country for programs of our size, putting us ahead of both Harvard University and the University of Chicago.
Then, in March, U.S. News & World Report ranked our MBA program the nineteenth best graduate Management program in the nation.
Coincidence? We don’t think so. We take it as another confirmation of our national status as a premier business school.
