Next Agora Dialogue questions democracy and virtue

The Philosophy Department’s next installment of the Agora Dialogue will present, “Dialogue and Civic Discourse: Does Democracy Require Some Virtue(s)? A Tough Talk For Turbulent Times,” on Wednesday, Oct. 16 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in Room 302 of the Briggs Building.

The Agora Dialogue is a casual and informal group that eats pizza and discusses important issues through different philosophical lenses. All Detroit Mercy students, employees and alumni are welcome to attend. For more information, contact Professor of Philosophy Dave Koukal at koukaldr@udmercy.edu.
