Join the neighboring Gesu community in a four-week series to discuss and pray on Pope Francis’ latest encyclical, “Fratelli Tutti: On Fraternity and Social Friendship.” The group will meet virtually on Saturdays beginning Feb. 20 through March 13 from 9 to 10:30 a.m.
Through the prism of the Good Samaritan parable, Pope Francis discusses social problems plaguing our world and challenges us with the Gospel values needed to build and rebuild relationships. Francis says, “the spiritual stature of a person’s life is measured by love.” This love must grow beyond our families and nation to include all people where the worth of every person is acknowledged.
