Proposals are now being accepted for Reinventing Public Space in Business Improvement Districts, a symposium to be held March 25, 2022 in the exhibition space of Detroit Mercy’s School of Architecture and Community Development.
Detroit Mercy Associate Professors Tadd Heidgerken and Virginia Stanard are on the symposium’s steering committee, along with Tricia Meehan ’85, an associate professor at École nationale supérieure d’architecture de Normandie. The symposium is funded through a grant from the Detroit Mercy Faculty Research Awards program.
Proposals must be submitted before midnight on Oct. 8.
