Detroit Mercy’s Titan Equity Nourish Network (TENN) is set to host volunteer days with Keep Growing Detroit (KGD) on Oct. 28 from 1-3 p.m. Transportation is available for the volunteer opportunity.
KGD owns and operates an urban farm in Detroit’s historic Eastern Market District and volunteers would assist in gardening tasks such as weeding, harvesting and winterizing the farm. KGD is able to host 20 volunteers on each day.
