The Detroit Mercy valedictorian selection process for 2022 has begun.
Students that are preparing for graduation in May or August 2022 and hold a minimum 3.80 GPA may apply for valedictorian.
Along with the minimum GPA threshold, students must include three supporting nominations from faculty, administrators and/or a Detroit Mercy student. Applicants will also be asked to submit a three-to-four minute speech they wish to present at commencement.
The deadline to submit an application (no exceptions) is Monday, March 7, 2022.
