To give consent to receive your 1098-T tax form electronically, click on the link below and follow the simple instructions to sign up. Once you make the election, all future forms will be sent electronically.
To sign up and complete eConsent:
- Visit heartland.ecsi.net
- At the top right of the page click “Register to create a profile.” If you already have a profile, click “Sign In.”
- Once logged into your account, navigate to “Your Communication Center” at the top.
- Select “Tax Statement eConsent.”
- At the bottom of the page click “Add New Consent.” Once clicked the Electronic Consent Application will open below.
- Complete the Electronic Consent Application.
- Check the box and click “Submit & Accept.”
The deadline to complete eConsent is Dec. 31.
