M.S. in Ethical Leadership now available

Detroit Mercy employees can use their tuition remission benefits toward the new Master of Science in Ethical Leadership.

Offered through the College of Business Administration, the 30-credit graduate degree program is available beginning in the 2022 fall semester.

The degree is open to those with undergraduate degrees in any discipline and requires no pre-requisite coursework. Courses are available evenings and online and more than half of the program consists of electives chosen by the student.

The Ethical Leadership program develops essential leadership skills including:

  • An ethical and social responsibility perspective for making decisions.
  • Preparation for leading in various organizational contexts.
  • Effective oral and written communication.
  • The ability to collaborate in a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment to achieve organizational objectives.
