Amelia Abar, a History and Political Science major, is spending the summer as a voting rights organizer with the Michigan League of Conservation Voters’ Democracy for All campaign.
In her role, Abar serves communities throughout Macomb County by engaging residents in civic participation, protecting voting rights and expanding access to the democratic process for all Michiganders.
