One of you mentioned the gentleman in your neighborhood who walks hus rescue greyhounds. My nephew has rescued greyhounds for years and walks them in Hazel Park. I’m wondering if he could be the gentleman you’re referring to. If so he will be amused to know he’s marginally famous in a very small circle.
Also, the brown colored cheese that tastes a little of caramel is Gjetost, (an accent goes in there somewhere) a Norwegian cheese.
