On Aug. 15, Associate Professor of Religious Studies Justin Kelly, S.J. completed his 50th year at the University. Kelly, who joined the University in 1972, spent three years in the English department and the next 47 in Religious Studies.
He is giving a presentation at the faculty development days on Thursday, Aug. 18, titled “Reflections on Career, Community and Caring over 50 years” which highlights what the University, city and country were like in 1972 and what a half-century of teaching has taught him.
The presentation is from 1:45-2:45 p.m. on Aug. 18 in a location that’s to be determined.
