University Recreation encourages all students and employees to join a FREE fitness class available in the Student Fitness Center each day of the week. From mid-day yoga to dance and high intensity workouts, there is something for everyone!
Monday
Yoga instruction with Mary Gresens starts the work week with peace of body and mind at noon. At 5:30 p.m., Matt Chesley helps target specific muscle groups with Butts & Guts.
Tuesday
Crystal Grimshaw returns with a back-to-back total body experience through Cardio Dance and Barre Strength. Attend one class or both!
Wednesday
Yoga instructor Jim Stout will have a deep breathing session at noon. Barraka Baber brings the intensity at 5:30 p.m. with Boocamp, focusing on building lean muscle and endurance.
Thursday
Yoga instructor Jim Stout will have a deep breathing session at 1 p.m. Or, if you’re new to fitness, Barraka Baber has a 5:30 p.m. class just for you.
Friday
Matt Chesley rounds off the work week with some High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.T.T.). For only 30 minutes, this workout is a must-try!
