Wellness Center weekly tip, Feb. 15

Time management can be a huge asset to students as midterms and final exams approach.

Looking at all of assignments, quizzes and exams at once can be overwhelming and make students want to avoid doing anything at all.

Instead of tackling a huge mountain of work in one sitting, break down your school work into smaller, more manageable time portions.

Set a timer for 20 minutes and see how much work can be accomplished. When the timer goes off, take a short break and then start again!
