The Trauma, REsilience and Empowerment (TREE) lab at Detroit Mercy are looking for participants for an online mental health study (Intersections Study: IRB-C #19-20-45). The study is for those who identify as female and are at least 18 years old.
The online questionnaire takes approximately 60-90 minutes to complete and those who complete will receive a $15 or $20 Amazon gift card for participating. The study can be completely done from a personal computer.
The study will ask participants about stress, relationships, emotions, coping, experiences with unwanted sexual experiences and racial discrimination. You do not need to have an unwanted sexual experience to participate.
The information provided will help to provide culturally-specific interventions for women who have experienced sexual violence.
