Detroit Mercy School of Law will host the fourth annual Dewitt C. Holbrook Lecture on Social Justice on Monday, April 25 at 5:30 p.m.
The lecture series, hosted in Room 252 of the School of Law and virtually, provides leaders in the legal profession a forum to address issues on social justice law and policy.
The Hon. Rowan D. Wilson, associate judge of the Court of Appeals, State of New York, will give this year’s presentation, titled “Outside In: Perspectives on Criminal Law and Procedure from a Former Outsider.” Wilson will share insight on various aspects and issues of criminal law and procedure while deciding on cases from the bench.
Masks are required for in-person attendees.
