Live6 Alliance is urging holiday shoppers to support local businesses in the area of Livernois and Six Mile.
HomeBase for the Holidays – A Live6 Marketplace presented by Huntington Bank will take place from 5-8 p.m. Fridays and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays from Dec. 2-23 at its Neighborhood HomeBase headquarters located at 7426 West McNichols in Detroit.
A special holiday boutique and party will be held from 3-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 23 for last minute shoppers and local residents to share holiday cheer.
The pop-up holiday boutique is a way for residents and visitors to support Detroit area small businesses that may not have traditional brick and mortar locations.
Gift ideas including artwork, baked goods, handcrafted jewelry, hair care and other personal products, food, spices, coffee, natural herbs and specialty clothing will be available. Visit Live6Detroit.org for a list of participating vendors as the date draws closer.
