Join Director of Writing Across the Curriculum Sigrid Streit for a workshop focused on teaching writing and incorporating writing assignments into your courses.
The virtual workshop will be held Friday, April 14 from 12-1 p.m.
The workshop, “Integrating IT1.1 Into Your Course: Developing a Purposeful Writing Process,” explores how to successfully integrate IT1.1 into your course. Objective IT1.1 asks faculty to develop a purposeful writing process, appropriate to the argumentative and analytic nature of academic work. This process includes generating ideas, focusing, drafting and revision.
