As part of Detroit Mercy’s ongoing effort to modernize our IT infrastructure, many of Detroit Mercy’s on-premise systems will be moving to the cloud.
The Personal Profile and Self-Service links in https://my.udmercy.edu, such as the Parking Permit Systems, and the Employee Directory will be unavailable beginning Tuesday, July 25 and will be back online the evening of Friday, July 28. You will not be able to look up class schedule information, register for classes, view your grades, access degree evaluations and academic transcripts, view Financial Aid, make tuition payments, etc. during this time.
Email, Blackboard, the ID card system, and other services will remain active. However, data feeds that populate new information into these systems will not be running during the scheduled downtime.
