College of Health Professions Associate Professors Thomas Fockler and Zigmond Kozicki, along with UDM alumna Stephanie Baiyasi-Kozicki ’15, presented at the International Public Policy Association Conference at Toronto Metropolitan University in Canada.

The trio covered the topic of “The Quantitative Cost” of COVID-19, A Comparative Analysis.”

Kozicki and Baiyasi-Kozicki also led three distinguished international scholar panels about public success/failure during the pandemic.
