Becoming Balanced Retreat, Oct. 13-14, offers reflection off-campus with classmates

The Becoming Balanced Retreat is an opportunity to get off campus, make new connections and learn tools and skills to create balance in your life through reflection, meditation, art and yoga! The retreat Friday and Saturday, Oct. 13-14, in Brooklyn, Mich.

Hosted by University Ministry, the retreat offers opportunities to reflect with fellow classmates and time for personal reflection. The retreat is focused on personal balance, but many activities will also be done in a group setting.

The cost for the retreat is just $20 and can be paid by check or cash in the University Ministry office in the Lower Level of the Student Union, just across from the McNichols Campus Bookstore.
