Get ready to kickstart the new semester off with two excellent fitness classes!
Our yoga class, taught by Airik Sanders, returns bi-weekly and is set for 6-7 p.m. every Monday and Wednesday. This class allows you to reconnect with your mind, body and spirit.
If you’re looking for a challenge, there’s also a new class called Titan Training! This exciting class from Barraka Baber is designed for beginners and experts so everyone can join the fun. The class occurs every Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Both classes begin on Wednesday, Jan. 17 inside of the Student Fitness Center on the McNichols Campus. Both classes are free and open for everyone, students and employees!
