Free fitness classes return this week

Mondays kick off with Titan Training from 5:30-6:30 p.m., an intense workout that combines cardio and strength training to help build muscle and improve overall fitness.

On Tuesdays, take time for some quiet inner reflection at a relaxing yoga class from 6-7 p.m. Using breath, posture and movement, this is an opportunity to explore our bodies and minds using that deeper breath as a guide.

All classes are held at the Student Fitness Center and are free for both students and staff. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a newcomer, these classes are designed for all fitness levels.
