Wellness Qigong and sound bath sessions to be held on Saturdays

Join us for a transformative experience where ancient practices and modern vibrations merge to restore balance within. Our monthly wellness Qigong, geared toward women’s experiences, and sound bath sessions will focus on self-care and enhancing overall health and well-being.

Participation in monthly sessions is limited to a maximum of 15 faculty/staff.

Qigong is slow physical movements originally practiced by ancient, indigenous peoples of China as traditional medicine. Today, an estimated 2.5 million Americans practice Qigong to enhance emotional and physical wellbeing.
