Lance Poole, an Industrial-Organizational Psychology major, is gaining valuable real-world experience this summer as a learning and development intern at Rocket’s headquarters in downtown Detroit.
As an intern, Poole helps design leadership development programs, create learning resources, analyze workplace culture data, support learning technology platforms and shadows professionals across the organization. He will enter his senior year at Detroit Mercy this fall.
