The African-American Studies Program presents two talks the week of Nov. 4.
On Monday, Nov. 4, Professor of Law Instruction Jelani Jefferson Exum will give the talk, “Has It Come to This?: The Constitution, Clemency, and the Case for Sentencing Reform,” at 2 p.m. in Room 208 of the Student Union on the McNichols Campus.
On Friday, Nov. 15, Michael Doan, professor of philosophy at Eastern Michigan University, will give the talk, “James Boggs, Student of Detroit,” at 1 p.m. in Room 201 of the Student Union on the McNichols Campus.
