The Office of Academic Affairs is now accepting applications for the second cohort of the UDM Leadership Academy.
Building on the success of its inaugural year, the Academy provides a professional development opportunity for staff, administrators and individuals serving in leadership roles, including department chairs and directors.
Facilitated by Professor and Coordinator of the Leadership Minor Don DiPaolo, the Academy features monthly Friday afternoon sessions from October through May focused on strengthening leadership skills, enhancing leadership competencies and fostering a culture of excellence across the University.
Participation is limited to 35 spots. Applications are due Sept. 1. Selected participants will be notified by approximately Sept. 8.
