Facility Operations and Construction Management is scheduled to begin the North Quad renovation project on Oct. 17, 2022.
The following improvements will be made to the building:
- Install new AC and heating units in each dorm room and lounge
- Install new study lounge sinks
- Update lounges with new paint, carpet and lighting
- Replace mechanical piping
The project is expected to be completed in late January of 2023 and the windows will be replaced in the summer of 2023.
