The tradition continues as University of Detroit Mercy plans to celebrate Homecoming, Sept. 29 – Oct. 1. The annual gathering is open to students, alumni, friends, family, faculty, staff and the community.
The Fall Festival-themed event aims to reconnect past, present and future Titans through three days of celebration. Homecoming kicks off with the presentation of the Alumni Achievement Spirit Awards and is followed by numerous other presentations, sporting events, reunions, a tailgate and bonfire and more.
Those planning on participating are asked to bring one non-perishable food or personal hygiene item per person for the Detroit Mercy Student Food Pantry. Suggested items include single-serving soup, instant meals, peanut butter, canned fruit, protein bars or personal hygiene items.
