A critical faculty survey is underway and we need all faculty to participate.
Your voice is important to us! Please find your personalized link to compete the Higher Education Research Institute (HERI) faculty survey in your UDM email. Emails were sent on March 22, March 30 and April 11. The emails are addressed from Pamela Zarkowski, provost.
As a thank you we will be donating $5 per survey, divided among these five Detroit Mercy causes: The Little Free Pantry, Family Pantry, The Hive, Rx for Reading and the Power of One Campaign.
Our faculty are essential to the educational mission of UDM. By capturing extensive information about pedagogical practices, faculty goals and expectations for students, research and service activities and sources of stress and satisfaction, we can provide actionable information for strategic planning, faculty recruitment and retention, faculty development and discussions relating pedagogy to student learning experiences.
These surveys are completely anonymous and take about 30 minutes to complete.
