Five College of Business Administration (CBA) graduates and leaders in their professional careers will be honored during the annual Business Leadership Awards, set for Sunday, Oct. 8.
The day begins with Mass at 10 a.m. in the St. Ignatius Chapel, followed by brunch and an awards ceremony at the Detroit Golf Club, beginning at 11:15 a.m. Tickets are $50 and can be purchased online until Sept. 23.
CBA annually recognizes exemplary alumni who demonstrate professional success, outstanding contributions to society and embody Jesuit and Mercy values. The two categories are Lifetime Achievement, which are inducted into the College’s Hall of Honor, and Rising Stars.

- E’Lois Thomas ’00, President of Solutions for Energy Efficient Logistics (SEEL)
Rising Star Awards:
- Noor Al-Khafaji ’17, ’23, Senior Asset Manager for City of Detroit
- Sarah Montone ’16, ’18, Senior Project Manager for NextEra Energy
