“Ebenezer” synopsis:
It has been 15 years since the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future intervened in Ebenezer Scrooge’s life. Now renowned for his philanthropy, generous spirit and selflessness, his heart yearns to continue spreading joy even as those same Christmas spirits beckon at him. Joined by two companions – Miss Poole and Tim Cratchit – the hour of midnight approaches as Scrooge sets in motion his final charitable deed. “Ebenezer,” by Detroit-based playwright Joseph Zettelmaier, will surely remind you the spirit of Christmas is a time of wonder you can bring to life every day!
This play is directed by Assistant Professor of Theatre Andrew Papa.
