As part of Detroit Mercy’s ongoing effort to modernize its IT infrastructure, many of the University’s on-premise systems will be moving to the cloud.
The Personal Profile and Self-Service links in https://my.udmercy.edu, the Parking Permit Systems and the Employee Directory will be unavailable beginning Saturday, July 22 and is set to be back online the evening of Friday, July 28.
Users will not be able to look up class schedule information, register for classes, view grades, access degree evaluations and academic transcripts, view Financial Aid or make tuition payments during this time.
Email, Blackboard, the ID card system and other services will remain active. However, data feeds that populate new information into these systems will not be running during the scheduled downtime.
