Overview: Bold, surprising, boisterous and timely, Pride & Prejudice explores the timeless Jane Austen classic in a frolicking comedy. The outspoken Lizzy Bennet is determined never to marry, despite mounting pressure from society and family. But when the handsome and impossibly aggravating Mr. Darcy keeps popping up at every turn, Lizzy is forced to take a second look at the man she judged so quickly. Literature’s greatest love story shines in this effervescent adaptation from Kate Hamill. Recommended for ages 6 and up.
