An important note for student organizations and the University community:
For the foreseeable future, please remember when posting photos of campus events, especially those sponsored by the University or a University-affiliated group or organization, that the photos must reflect University policies of social distancing and mask usage.
If the event is held indoors, everyone in the photo must be wearing a mask. If the event is held outdoors, masks are optional if the participants are shown to be six-feet apart. Do not group several students into a photo, with or without masks, as it breaks our social distancing policy. Photos that do not depict students or employees following the guidelines should not be posted on any University-affiliated social media account. If they are, you will be asked to remove them. And remember, it’s easier to follow the rules from the start. Smarter, too.
