Women’s and Gender Studies minors Faize Alchakar, Genesis Barnes and Morgen Rhodes recently presented at the 2024 National Women’s Studies Association (NWSA) Annual Conference. The three participated in the roundtable discussion titled Gen-Z Feminist Campus Life at Jesuit Institutions with students from Fairfield University.
The National Women’s Studies Association leads the field of women’s, gender and sexuality studies. Established in 1977, NWSA has more than 2,000 members worldwide. The annual conference is the only annual meeting in the United States that is exclusively dedicated to showcasing the latest feminist scholarship.
