URec spring fitness classes begin next week

Spring into fitness with University Recreation’s exciting lineup of group classes! Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve technique or just have fun, URec has got something for everyone.

Check out what’s coming up:

  • Boxing 101 – Mondays, 6:30-7:30 p.m. (Starts March 17)
  • Pilates – Thursday, April 10, 6:30-7:30 p.m.
  • Powerlifting class and competition – Learn the fundamentals & compete! Coming March-April.
  • Dance classes – Coming late March-April!

Also, as part of our Adventure Series, grab a friend and join URec at the Full Throttle Adrenaline Park on Friday, April 4 and get into some electric high-speed go-karting at the premier entertainment destination in the Motor City! Registration for this event opens March 10.
